We specialize in custom-made products. As a result, we do not support a 7-day return policy for non-quality-related issues. Each product is meticulously hand-sewn, which may result in a normal variance of approximately 0.1 to 0.5 cm. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size is ordered or if you change your mind after purchase. 4. Hang to dry in the shade - Avoid direct sunlight as it can fade the colors and weaken the fibers.
5. Do not wring - To prevent altering the shape and texture of the fabric, avoid wringing out water after washing.

At Sorte, all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. We are committed to repairing any defects in materials or craftsmanship during this period, at no additional charge for the repair work itself.
